Wild Fox Country at Rodéofest Mont Blanc 2026
For two days, Wild Fox Country got the Rodéofest Mont Blanc crowd dancing in a 100% country atmosphere, right before the professional rodeo began.
Two days at the heart of Rodéofest
On August 28 and 29, 2026, Wild Fox Country was part of the official Rodéofest Mont Blanc program, presented at Station Mont-Blanc in the Laurentians.
Each day, our team took over at 5:30 p.m., right after Marchello Line Dance, for an hour of lessons and hosting before the professional rodeo began.
With a crowd we estimate at 150 to 250 dancers, the challenge was simple: get everyone dancing.
People discovering line dancing were side by side with far more experienced dancers. So we chose accessible dances that let everyone join in and enjoy the moment, whatever their level.

Same mission: bring people together on the floor and create a great shared moment before the rodeo.
Right after Marchello
Being scheduled right after Marchello Line Dance is always a real pleasure.
Sharing this part of the program with him created a nice continuity for the dancers on hand. After his set from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Wild Fox Country took over to keep the dancing going and carry the crowd right up to the start of the professional rodeo.
Getting everyone dancing
What we especially loved at Rodéofest was the mix of dancers on the floor.
Some already knew line dancing very well. Others were trying their first steps. Our goal wasn’t to give the most technical lesson of the weekend, but to choose dances accessible enough for as many people as possible to take part.
For an hour, beginners and regulars shared the same floor, danced together and enjoyed the atmosphere right before the rodeo.
That’s exactly the kind of moment we aim to create with Wild Fox Country: bringing people into the dance rather than making them feel they already need to know how to dance to take part.
